i do not believe that you would walk into a sales meeting with someone you didn't know and use their first name without permission.
I assume that doing this simple request does not earn any money and therefore both he and you have ignored that and concentrated on the sales aspect.
Despite me posting the transcript with the highlighted time frame, you ignored it.
I am no longer annoyed, i am now unhappy.
