Recently i visited subway in Ryde on the Isle of Wight, their accessible tolet was anything but accessible. I complained to Subway UK who told me to contact the franchise owner. Here is the chat.

Hello Ms Yip,\r\n\r\nI appreciate the time you took to copy and paste your standard complaint email to me. the main paragraph is word for word the same as the person at Ryde subway sent me.\r\n\r\nTherefore i can only deduce 3 things, you are the same person, you do not care and just fire off the same email to everyone, you didn''t actually read my complaint about your breach of the Equalities Act.
